Protect Your Noggin Jam- STILL ON
The 'Protect Your Noggin' Jam is still taking place today. The weather is not going to hold us back as we do have an alternative lined up if the trails are damp. See you at Decoy with a smile on your face.

Support Toby Forte - Vietnam Cycle Ride
I am taking part in a sponsored cycle ride through Northern Vietnam. After the brain injury I sustained as a result of a riding accident in February of last year, I would like to give something back to the charity that helped me and my family so much through that difficult time; Headway.
I spent weeks in hospital as a result of the injury, including days spent in a coma in intensive care, and it has taken me over a year to fully recover from the accident. The support offered during this time from the charity was invaluable, and raised my awareness of the worthwhile work they do. Every year, over one million people are admitted to hospital with a brain injury, and Headway helps these people and their families to deal with the difficulties of this complex injury.
The venture will involve riding approximately 80-100 km a day through the mountainous region of Northern Vietnam, and by taking part on the trip I hope to raise £3000, or more, for Headway.

3rd Time Lucky...
We've had to postpone the 'Protect Your Noggin' Jam again. The weather is not letting up and it is just not going to be possible this weekend. We have already confirmed a new date- Saturday June 21st- This time it will happen regardless and hopefully we will see you there.

'Protect Your Noggin' Jam- NEW DATE
The 'Protect Your Noggin' Jam has been postponed and the new date is 1st June (1 week later), this is due to the weather looking 100% sketchy. We are sorry for any inconvenience but this is sure to be a fun day and we can't wait to see you all there. On a lighter note we have two videos today - some of you will have seen THIS already but check it again. The video below is of our good friend Martin Murray a.k.a 'Murron' sessioning a secret treat he found hidden away beneath mountains of pasta! Enjoy!

Ted Leo
Last night brought another savagely beautiful gig. The artists in question were Ted Leo and the Pharmacists and their performance was incredibly polished. They have one gig remaining in the UK on April 22 at the Barfly, Brighton so if you're nearby be sure to check them out. Here's a sweet live VID of Ted Leo doing what he does best- enjoy. Extreme Playgrounds 
Kye has taken the trek over to Germany for the T-Mobile Extreme Playgrounds contest. This year the event will be held indoors and if we're lucky Kye will become the 5th member of Good Charlotte. The event will also be live on air HERE, so stayed tuned.
